Modern holiday villa with pool located in a quiet part of Zadar, close to all necessary amenities of urban life. A combination of modern lines and traditional stone on the facades, with large openings that allow natural light in all of the rooms.
The design took into account the application of the original values of construction, such as simplicity, functionality, which leads to comfort-comfort and quality, both the yard and the interior.
The villas will be built of the highest quality materials, chosen to meet energy efficiency, and thus luxury as well as comfort.
The environment will be complemented by Mediterranean plants, which will create an indigenous atmosphere during your stay.
The building will be equipped with a modern central heating / cooling system, with underfloor heating in each room and with central hot water preparation.
