Five Stars
A new urban complex comprising five residential villas is under construction in Put Nina Street in Zadar. The building plot is located within a built-up section of a construction area of the inhabited locality, in a predominantly low-density residential-purpose zone. The complex will be built on a gentle slope surrounded by natural greenery on one side and individual residential structures on the other side, i.e. in a tranquil and safe setting.
New buildings have been designed in a modern and contemporary style, with features of traditional Mediterranean architecture, such as stone elements on the façade. In addition to carefully selected materials, there is a special focus on careful and high-quality landscaping, with exteriors including footpaths paved with concrete slabs and plenty of indigenous plant species to be planted on green surfaces.
The project comprises five residential villas – three smaller ones: buildings A, B, and C with three residential units and two larger ones – building D with five residential units and building E with four residential units. Each villa comprises a basement, a ground floor and two additional floors. The basement contains storage space and garages. A wide range of residential units allows you to choose from various layouts and dimensions, starting from 41.10 m2 up to 112.0 m2 (inclusive of storage space, garden, and parking space).
All residential units on the ground floor, as well as those on the upper floors of building C, include a green surface (garden), which will be shown in the Condominium Plan. On the top floors there will be penthouses with large terraces. The flats will have views of the sea and the gardens, and each flat will include one external parking spot. The buildings will stand out thanks to the high-quality design and equipment of flats, as well as carefully selected materials, which are meticulously combined so as to form a harmonious whole. The buyers will be able to choose the finishing features in their flats themselves.
